SOCAR AQS Participation in a Career Fair
On May 27, 2017, the second Graduate Career Fair was held in the Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University attended by 56 companies and nearly 1500 students and alumni.
Mehriban Mammadova and Nasiba Sharifzade, HR representatives of SOCAR AQS represented the company in this Fair. They informed the attendees about employment opportunities in the company and our Summer Internship Programme.
SOCAR AQS has been a regularly supporter of Career Events over the years which has allowed us to meet many talented young people who want to work in the company.
In 2015, SOCAR AQS signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University. In accordance with this MOU, an exchange of experience between the parties on scientific, technical and academic fields was agreed with courses organized to optimize staff knowledge and performance.
SOCAR AQS also operates a Student Scholarship programme for Petroleum Engineering students.
